GENERAL CONDITIONS

The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a contract neither for the client nor for Agriturismo Antica Fonte.

The booking request represents an order form and therefore binding for the client but not binding for Agriturismo Antica Fonte, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.

The booking confirmation of Agriturismo Antica Fonte sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes the drawing up of the booking contract with options.

If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of Agriturismo Antica Fonte in order that the options are cleared and the booking is definitely confirmed.

At which point Agriturismo Antica Fonte promise to send the client a confirmation letter and resume voucher which the client must present at the Check-in.

The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation conditions of the establishment concerned.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for our structure only at the moment of the reception of the deposit payment receipt (30% of total ammount)

When your reservation is confirmed you will receive a voucher by fax or by email.

Weekly Rental

From Saturday afrernoon to the following saturday morning.

Daily Rental

Minimum 2 day stay in all seasons but high. Rental can begin on any day.

Arrival (check-in): apartments are available after 3.00 pm, and before and not later 8.00 pm (in any case, the baggage can be left previously).

Departure (Check-out): apartments must be left by entro le 10.00 am of the leaving day. Final cleanings not include in price.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the booking, the whole amount of the deposit will not be refunded.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution e/o to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions are applied, in which a part Agriturismo Antica Fonte, are legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of the local law courts of Livorno.
